ASU's UL and Outlier.org are options you can explore as well. These are all RA courses. For Outlier, the transcript is issued by University of Pittsburg.

ASU UL's requirements are negligible (must have valid ID) with no minimum age stated:

The only requirement of Outlier is that the student must be 13 or over.
