Purdue campus grads can complain all they want about the school offering courses online. But if the school says the degree is from Purdue, who are we to say otherwise?
A degree from PUG is NOT a degree from Purdue U. Purdue issues different diplomas for each campus as each campus is its own school and is not THE Purdue. PUG is an entirely separate entity from Purdue. The degree does NOT say it's from Purdue. It says Purdue Global University. PUG is VERY clear that it is NOT Purdue.

Each campus also issues their own diplomas with the campus name on it. For example, Purdue Fort Wayne is not Purdue. Their diplomas and transcripts all say Purdue Fort Wayne. When Purdue made this change, students were really upset because they could no longer say they were Purdue grads but instead are Purdue Fort Wayne grads. Same thing with PUG. It's all kind of a funky set up. It's very different than other university systems.
