It's doable but I would try to put more effort, time into it... 3 hours/day doesn't seem enough for the flat-rate fee term. Using the tips/tricks above and the extension would be great for the courses that are graded and you've done at least the 50% of the course. Having said that, you wouldn't be able to withdraw for these if the "latter" part becomes too much for you. I think you should be fine as long as you place more time on the harder courses for you, the PLA and cornerstone shouldn't be too much of an issue.
