I think I may have replied to comments on a couple of his videos in the past, mentioning UMPI and/or CBE as an option for people who wanted a cheap degree.
I don't remember him mentioning actually cheap degrees before now. I haven't watched all of his videos, but in the past he's mentioned "cheap" degrees costing a few tens of thousands at minimum.
