In-Person vs. Online vs. Virtual Courses

I've earned three degrees sitting in a classroom.  It's what I'm used to and it seems to be the best for me re really learning the best.  However, it's really not practical for me now and if I had to do it that way then it wouldn't happen at all because I don't have the time/flexibility.  Asynchronous, online is the only way for me now.
