All of Study.com courses are proctored. Study.com uses a recorded proctor. There is nobody watching you take the exam, but a video is made to be reviewed later.
Coopersmith uses a live proctor. Someone is watching you take the exam. Some people have no technical issues with Coopersmith, others have nothing but problems and get disconnected, even on a very good connection.
