I will echo Dfrecore's last question... why not just do a graduate degree? Granted, there are not as many alternative credit sources for graduate degrees, but there are some. There are numerous competency based graduate programs. I have basically been hacking my way through an MBA that it looks like will end up costing me just under $7k with a unique concentration. I know you are saying you are not interested in business, but it still might be possible to get a graduate degree for under $7K and meet your other requirements.
