FYI, a BA and a BS in Comp Sci are usually considered to be the same thing by most employers. To that end, potentially the cheapest way to get a CS degree would be through TESU:

If you do it right, it will wind up costing $7-9k USD. SNHU also has a Comp Sci degree, but I think it winds up costing more than that.

Another possibility would be a degree from University of the People. Right now, it is Nationally Accredited but they are trying to become Regionally Accredited; that may happen as soon as this autumn.
