Continue with your Coursera/Google and IBM certs, I think it's better to do the Pierpont BOG AAS with an Info Systems emphasis, ladder that up to a BAS or BLS with a minor of your choice (or the Triple Minor, MIS, Project Management, Management). It all depends, if you want to go the Excelsior route, it'll probably be about the same as they only require 7 credits residency, I would chose this as a second choice for backup... I agree to take Sophia.org courses and others that will go towards Excelsior/UMPI. Once your bachelors is done, then look into the law schools of choice, like the one I linked earlier...
