I was reading on some other posts that a person actually called and requested another evaluation from a different professor for the specch portion of this test. IT'S WORTH A SHOT! This person had it re-graded and PASSED. I think it's up to the professor you get. I'm in the process of mine to be graded now, but if they fail me on the speech portion I will call them up for a re-grade eval w/different person. Just a suggestion. Sorry for your bad fortune.
