Eh, I have a degree certificate awarded by UI1 with my name on it, my area of study, and my designation. UI1 is accredited, my degree comes from them, the way my friends in Spain explain it to me is that a propio from an accredited school is seen as something much better than a propio from an unaccredited institution and they sort of describe it in the same way we see MOOCs (propio from unaccredited institution) state-approved or nationally accredited (propio from accredited institution) versus regionally accredited (oficial).
I'm not saying it is accredited in the USA, that wasn't why I did it. It is obviously true that there is some value in the USA because a) some foreign credential evaluations offer it baccalaureate status or non-RA Master's status and b) because our job market isn't generally regulated for holders of business degrees, so if the company you work for doesn't specify RA-only, you stand a chance of talking your way into a job and checking the box. I think calling it a MOOC is just as disingenuous as claiming that it's an RA Master's degree, both ignore the facts to present a biased narrative.
