Instructure Acquires Concentric Sky, Makers of Badgr

I remember reading about Badgr either on this board or the sister board, apparently, they've been acquired by Instructure.  I assume that this is a "paid service", there may be costs involved with the new "Canvas Badges or Canvas Credentials".
