You can add the certificate in accounting from TESU after you get your BSBA-GM. Yes, you would have to pay the certificate residency waiver (currently $1250 for certificates, but it looks like you may be exempt from that based on your previous post). You are allowed to use any of the accounting credits you earned in the BSBA-GM towards it (although you will have to ask TESU to move the credits there, they don't do so automatically - due to they assume the way the residency works). https://www.tesu.edu/business/undergradu...accounting
Since you're paying out of pocket for the MBA you may want to look at the Hellenic American University (HAU) MBA - it is currently still only $3k for the entire program for US Students.
