Hunter College Is Falling Down “You Can’t Keep Duct-Taping Things Together Forever.”

I'm not sure how these buildings aren't condemned. How can they pass inspections for permits and certificates of occupancy? Maybe Hunter College should start fundraising on their own instead of waiting for the state to give them more money. They're a CUNY school not a SUNY school so why is NYS on the hook?
