I came to realize that in order to really do well with a science degree, you have to have it in engineering or get a masters. It made me think, I decided to just do CIS, I like computers but I don't like to code tho. I also like talking to people so maybe I could do HR as well. I know that there will always be a need and demand for those fields.
CIS is good. HR is good. I think you could get a dual CIS/HR degree from TESU for not much more money than only getting one degree. This would keep your options open for the future.
Definitely find out if tuition reimbursement will cover school fees or just the tuition itself. It usually only covers tuition. In this case, I would suggest two flat-rate terms at TESU: one ASAP with the Cornerstone & two or three easy 3-credit classes. Then, in about 8 months, you could do the Business Capstone & two or three more easy 3-credit classes. This would get you 18-24 RA credits and would fulfill the residency requirement so that you wouldn't have to pay the $3192 residency waiver fee. You could then use TECEPs, UExcels, or ONU classes to cheaply bring your RA credit total up to 30.
