I'm always wary of telling someone to "just a an XYZ degree" in order to get a masters. 1) will that degree get you into a master's program? You'd better find out first; and 2) what if you don't end up getting a master's for whatever reason? Will you be ok with that bachelor's degree for a good long time?
This is not the same scenario as someone wanting ANY bachelor's degree as quickly or cheaply as possible - then, lots more options are on the table.
IMHO, if you ultimately want a CS master's, then you should be getting a CS bachelor's. This specifically applies to this degree (so, for instance, someone wanting an MBA does not HAVE to have a BSBA generally speaking, and I wouldn't suggest that if you have a bachelor's degree in something, that you get another one in business to get into an MBA program that does not require that you have a BSBA).
