Hi,
Thanks for the effort to give some options, but why do you think I was not checking the options in Italy ? Actually, as I already said in previous posts, here in Italy is not possible to have an approach of competency based exams like the one offered for example by tesu. Furthermore, the options that you are listing are mostly at master level and I’m looking to get a bachelor in as short time as possible, exactly because I want after that to gain also a master. I don’t need the degree for working reason since I’m already working in a good position, thanks to a long career and a continuous education in specific technical and managerial areas. That said, if you have advice for a quicker bachelor degree that will allow after to enter a master it will be very nice.

Your quickest option right now is to "skip" the TESU option and go for a very basic UMPI BLS MIS option and get on the boat for a Masters I mentioned above. You can technically have a Bachelors/Masters combo for under two years and for about $15K all in... This is the best option I think, as it's a combo of cheap, easy, fast and gets you towards that Masters for admissions... Obviously, you need to take some Study.com courses for "computer science knowledge" and use them as gen eds/free electives, etc.

Another option is to do the UK OfQual Level 6 Diploma program and then ladder up to a Bachelors Top UP at any of the UK Universities that offers a top up. You can then take a Level 7 Diploma program and ladder that up to a Masters as well. This way, you have both a Level 6 & 7, Bachelors & Masters to show on your CV/Resume which illustrates you're laddering and upgrading those skills to a higher level.

Now, if you're in an even greater rush to get this completed. You may want to get in contact with Guglielmo Marconi University or another Italian University and ask if they would allow admissions into their Masters program after you complete TWO Spanish Propio degrees as they've been evaluated as equivalent to an Advanced Bachelors and a Masters (yes, I'm talking about the ENEB MBA/Masters in Big Data & BI in my signature).
