It's not proctored, it's a very interesting AI system as it will look at you progress and if you make mistakes, it'll make you do the quiz/questions again over and over, until you get it properly.  It goes in 3 phases, yellow belt, red, then black... once you hit the black belt, you've mastered that area.  I would spend at least 40+ hours spread out in a few days, like 10 or so...
