@ACR1200, you may want to create an update reply with more information, such as your commitments, previous college credit, and the information on this thread... again, the more information the better, so we get to see what your current situation is like: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works
To answer your question, the cheapest, easiest, fastest way to get graded RA credit would be through UMPI YourPace courses. You can take them towards their AALS and also hit the 60 RA credits you're looking for towards the UPenn LPS Online BAAS. You can get a BLS en route if you wanted to as well... it all depends on the "commitments" I mentioned above.
My question to you is, what's your final goal? Is it just this Ivy League Bachelors? Or are you going for another graduate degree after this? There are so many ways to get you to the end goal... I would slice it differently depending on your answers and the info you provide. You need energy, money, time to complete each credential... do you have a set budget?
Side Note: I would not go for the UPenn LPS BAAS, with that tuition alone, I would go for a Harvard Extension MALS for the same price. You're looking at 4 courses at $10 grand, 15 courses will be over $35K, the MALS is exactly $35K for a "Ivy League" type of degree... I would do a TESU or UMPI double degree, then finish with a MALS at Harvard Extension, it's "similar" to the LPS Online...
