Europeans can often go to university for free. They don't even have to pay $300. Universidad Isabel I is a private Spanish university, but still...I am not sure why this "questionable degree, becouse of the low cost" argument keeps popping up on this board. It makes no sense. Even in some states in the U.S, you can now attend college for free under certain conditions. How does the price tag inform you about a degree's worth? You can easily verify the authenticity of the degree on the accredited Spanish university's website.
