Anyways, international student recruitment seems to be big business for these guys to get acquired.
It seems they're trying to enter into this market to "find ways to get" more applications globally.
I think it's a good deal to acquire a smaller business, the acquisition should enlarge their educational base and make up for the expense (long term).
