that's ridiculous...

Why don't you try to earn upper-division RA from other online colleges and transfer back to NYU? and then graduate from NYU?

Or you can start taking upper-division online courses at NYU School of Professional Studies. They have lots of upper-division online courses. You can transfer those credits to your original NYU degree program and get a degree from NYU.
