I am honestly confused. This doesn't make any sense to me as they have done me very well in transfers of credits before enrollment and during enrollment, knowing I was completing courses elsewhere.
Jessica promised me nothing. She would forward my info to whomever, and once it was the English Department who decided if I had to take a certain class or if a prior class satisfied the requirement. She was and is a liaison. I cannot help but come to her defense, as she has helped me tremendously the past 10 months.
