We were looking for upper level CJ for a BACJ from TESU. She has about 80 credits between sophia, teex, instantcert, cc, oru. I think her next move should be to look for upper level courses for her aos- cj. Hoping that by the time she graduates she will just need the 2 required courses from tesu.(09-21-2021, 04:22 PM)Sunshine7612 Wrote:(08-02-2021, 10:16 AM)dfrecore Wrote: Their Independent Studies program is supposed to be a good one - it's been around a long time. Does the student need to be graduated from high school? Dd would like to take a couple of cj courses, too, for next year. She will be a senior then.
I don't think so - but there are certainly cheaper places to take courses as a high school student. Not sure what state you live in, but check for free DE first; then look at Husson University in Maine, they allow students from other states to come and take courses for free; WVU is $25/cr; BYU-Idaho is $30/cr; Concordia University Wisconsin, Trine University, Missouri Southern State Univ, and WTAMU are all $50/cr.
I could go on and on, but no need to pay $200+/cr for a high schooler.
