Already trying, they don't seem to want to get back to me. I keep getting routed between departments. Your reply on the other thread about it was helpful.

I did have a few questions to start with, but that was mostly due to me not knowing I had to enroll as a student to take the free course.

Once I went to the enrollment page and signed up, I only made one inquiry about my status, and got my enrollment info that same day. It was smooth sailing from then.
