Full Sail being NA is an issue. Most schools will not accept NA credits. I don't know if UMPI will, but I don't think they do.
From their website:
How do my credits count?
UMPI has a favorable track record when it comes to credits transferring in. We accept transfer credits from colleges and universities that are regionally accredited. You must have received a C- or better in a course for it to transfer. Courses may transfer equally for UMPI courses or may come in as elective credit.

Full Sail also looks like it's on the quarter credit system so you kind of get screwed on the transfer credit because if a school requires 3 credits in Eng Comp and you only have 2.67 you're stuck taking it again.
Why not finish you degree at WGU? UMPI is also a competency based program. It's a different format, but you're still on your own for the most part unlike a traditional college.
