TEEX to Acclaim/Credly

I still don't have any TEEX courses listed in my account. I also clicked on the link in the email.

On my account profile I always sees this message I send them an email last week and they reply saying I need to fill a form and send it back via Fax, and pay 10 dollar later fee to release my personal records.

"TEEX will maintain our current policy of requiring face masks and social distancing through May 31st. Safety is our first agency value and we want all of our participants to feel safe when coming to training at our facilities.

We are currently working with ACE to transition our approved course to the new Credly platform. This could take several weeks to complete. We appreciate your patience as we complete this process.
Please continue to check the Credly website for your courses."

That's stupid. The others here haven't paid $10 for this. I don't even have access to a fax machine and I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable sending CC#s by fax.

This is the message I received from TEEX.

"
Thank you for your email to TEEX Student Records. Attached is a student release form to be completed with your physical dated signature. Please fax or mail the completed form to the contact information located in the Acknowledgment section of the form.  The fax number goes to our Financial Service Department and the payment is processed. There is a $10 charge for each official student history or certificate reprint.
