I'm okay with the greed part, they just need to do it right, lol. They're doing things with this that work in other systems thinking it will work here, too, and they're setting themselves up for a big fall. The evaluations aren't the the end-all-be-all but I can assure you that if they make too much noise in the wrong way evaluators are going to slam the door and eventually word will get around the country just enough to make people stay away whether they fully understand the situation or not.
