If you are planning on taking credits through TESU in addition to the cornerstone and capstone, you may be better off doing the FT Flat-rate tuition.  You could take 16cr in a single term, including the cornerstone, capstone, AVT-360, and then choose 2 e-Pack courses to fulfill additional requirements (they're like the TECEP except that you pay full price, and they count towards residency, meaning you wouldn't have to pay the residency waiver fee).

You may want to consider this route if you need to take 9cr or more at TESU anyway - it will save you some money I think.

AVT-360 and EAS-131 will be through TESU.
