I updated my Acclaim profile to include the email I has used to register with TEEX, replied to Dr. Cunningham with the info she requested, and got my badges within a day or two.
I was, and remain amazed, because multiple calls and even a certified letter to ACE back in December had produced absolutely zero response.
Good info. I emailed Acclaim and they just told me to talk to the issuer. I'm going to try again for some other stuff that's not on my transcript.
