That's the bottom line.
I can't speak for everyone, but as a non-WV resident, the cost of that one three-credit class ($1,074) is more than my entire AAS budget from start to finish. And here in Connecticut, the difference in prestige between an AAS from WVU Parkersburg or Pierpont C&TC will never budge the employment needle.
