I have to believe having the diploma come from a directly ANECA accredited school helped the matter. I can't see the ENEB diploma alone having the same effect. Sending both, I don't know, I wouldn't do that myself only because the Isabel diploma is coming from an institutionally accredited school and should accomplish the goal on its own, but it would be interesting to hear the outcome of that.
