TESU has a new transfer credit policy. It is now a maximum of 90 credits from all alt-credit (ACE/NCCRS/CLEP/AP/DSST/etc) providers, instead of 90 credits per provider. The rest have to be some kind of RA credit. If you're currently enrolled, you can get them all your transcripts (and take new classes and get them transcripted/in) by March 1st, and you can be grandfathered into the old 90 credits per provider option. If you're not currently enrolled, you are probably out of luck for the March 1st cutoff.

I see. That is unfortunate but what I had assumed by going through some threads on here.
