I passed the clep Macroeconomics with a 76 about 2 1/2 weeks ago. To be honest, I would not just rely on the instantcert flash cards. They are very helpful, but you really should look for some reading material that can give you more of an overview.
First off, use this resource:
http://ingrimayne.com/econ/TOC.html
It's well written and has quizes to help make sure you understand the reading material. I used it for macro and micro. If you don't have an Economics text book, this is the next best thing. Make sure you read the four basic economics sections at the top as well as all the macroeconomic subjects. If you understand everything from this link you will be well on your way to doing well on the clep test.
Then you should watch these videos up to #14. They are pretty enjoyable to watch and give a nice broad overview of economics.

Next, I would try the practice tests here:

I also highly recommend the Peterson practice tests as well.
Good luck!
