Can the RA credits be transferred to TESU from UMPI?

You know, I'm not exactly sure. That's a good question.

But, why would you want to do that? Do you have a specific plan in mind?

I want to at least finished a bachelor degree at UMPI fast and use 24 RA credits and sent it to TESU to comply with the new requirement to finished the BACS.
