If you're dead set on graded credits, you should consider https://www.tellearning.org/product/intr...echnology/ (transcripted at Oklahoma Christian University).

I'm not aware of any inexpensive graded credits for compiler construction offhand but that doesn't mean there isn't any.
I'm only commenting for the PLA portion. The course/courses a person wants to PLA doesn't have to be in the PLA database. Say Stanford University has a compiler course you would take the course description and syllabus from Stanford and submit it to TESU when you are applying for PLA.
