Good news: comp sci has a total of 40 electives (some degrees have far fewer and might not be able to fit everything). As I understand it, your credits will likely fall something like this:
Quantitative Literacy: College Algebra
Knowledge of Human Cultures: Music Theory
Understanding the Physical & Natural World: If any of your science classes included a lab, it goes here. Otherwise, 2 science classes.
GE electives: Everything else.
I would certainly apply to TESU and send in your transcript ASAP to confirm this and get your catalog locked in.
Courses usually transfer in for as many credits as they were at the original institution, assuming that the original institution also used semester hours and not quarter hours.
