I forgot about this. It's not as big a deal, though. Complete the required 24 RA credits first and then the Accuplacer doesn't need to be taken. Or, if OP's birthday is within the next month or so, wait until 20th birthday to actually apply, thereby bypassing the need for either the Accuplacer or the Age Waiver.
