Are there any other low cost Universites besides the big ?

You also need to be aware that UoP is Nationally Accredited and not Regionally Accredited. National sounds like it should be better or more important than Regional but it is not. For a lot of situations, the distinction doesn't matter. But it does matter for at least some people/situations. For instance, from what I can tell, Germany doesn't count a degree from a NA institution as being a "valid" degree.

If you are in Europe or plan to move to Europe, take a good long look at the acceptance policies of the country you plan to move to and whether or not a NA degree will matter in the long run.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210
