COSC accepts SDC and Saylor, some of which might be NCCRS. But, of the providers that they currently accept, none are wholly NCCRS like Coopersmith is.
TESU also offers a wider variety of degrees than COSC does. If you just want a basic BALS or BSBA (I think), COSC is a great choice. Other degrees can be more difficult/expensive to get through COSC than they would be through Excelsior/TESU.
The 1-credit TECEP should definitely work for this. Although taking the cornerstone might be a good idea, I would NOT recommend this. You're going to want to slam as many UL courses into the next couple of months as possible. As easy as SOS-110 might be, that's something that can be taken at any time. Leave that for later. Concentrate on your ULs and get those to TESU ASAP.

I strongly suggest you focus on the UL first where you can. LL credits are always available at a reasonable cost through the CCs.
Does the TECEP have to be 3 credits? Can it be a 1 credit TECEP to fulfill the requirement especially for this transfer credit policy revision?
If you intend to enroll in TESU and have accumulated more than the 45/90 credits, we will still accept credits above the 45/90-credit maximum provided that:
- You enroll in an undergraduate course for the January, February or March 2021 terms and;
- You submit your transcript(s) for all ACE and NCCRs recommended courses to us by March 1, 2021.
