I think it's more about being able to use one specific AOS for a job advertisement, rather than always sending out one single generic CV.
For example: If I have an AOS each in Computer Science and Accounting, this means that I could choose to list the accounting AOS for a job geared more towards accounting, or the computer science AOS for a job geared more towards IT, or for a company that is tech-based.
CVs should always be tailored specifically for the job you're applying for. The more opportunity you have to tailor, the better your chances.
