That is a really hard degree to get alternatively, you end up taking WAY more UL courses than normal. You're better off with a BALS or BSBA.
If you want to go a different route, you can go to EC and get a BALA, and choose a concentration in whatever you want (Leadership, Business, etc.). For less.
