24 credits is a lot to complete a second bachelor's degree. What will you do with that degree? Will it help you in your current job? Are you looking for a new job and would it help you there? Are you considering grad school? Many grad programs are 30-36 credits. Depending on what your plans are and what field you're in, a second bachelor's degree may not be beneficial and a master's degree may do more for you career wise. What do you do for a career? Maybe others can help give you some help based on your career.
