Excelsior might be your best bet to getting a Bachelors in Science, Liberal Studies. They take ACE/NCCRS credits, you can also try and complete a degree from Empire State College where you're currently enrolled. What degrees do you have? Do you already have an associates or two? How about other certifications that can be evaluated as credit?
