Because it at least evaluates either as a bachelor's degree or seems to be equivalent to a post-graduate certificate depending on who you ask. Even if it's not considered to be a full master's, a bachelor's or a post-grad certificate for $300 is still a good deal.
It's at least as legit as a NA degree vs. RA. The worth will depend on where you are and what you plan to do with it.
