Sophia is very cheap right now. It's nice not to have to proctor tests too. Study.com has an app, which helps alot, it fills in duplicate material in all courses so you don't have to waste time covering the same ground, and it offers a much larger course list.
To me, if you think you're going to be doing more than a few courses, the duplicate material thing is a good enough reason to take Study.com all by itself. I start courses on there all the time that are already 40% complete because of other courses I've done with them.
If all you need is 15 credits, then Sophia probably will cover you on that. You'll have to take the capstone and cornerstone from TESU either way.
