For the coaching course, is there anything specific you want to know? I've submitted it and am waiting for my marks, but the case study was open enough that you can come up with your own ideas and substantiate them for everything in the paper except your session outlines, which seemed like they needed to be a broad, but very rigid, outline of events.
I kept the actual session plans to a rough outline, because executive coaching is fundamentally oriented around flexibly working to get people to answer the questions themselves (unlike mentoring or consulting, which are more my style) and put a ton of effort into substantiating my reasons for the coaching decisions and outcomes in accordance with organizational behavior research.
