This morning I recieved a voice message from an admissions counselor that stated "Hi, this is Pierpont Technical and Community Colleges, this message is for [DeanLewis]. I'm just calling because we recieved your transcript, and are just checking in to see if you're still interested in taking classes in the fall or spring." X-D
It seems this is a recurring trend amongst many departments in community colleges. After graduating with an AAS from Cochise College last year and enrolling with Excelsior I got an email and phone call from the academic advisor asking if I needed assistance in registering for courses in the upcoming semester....Also go a call from the Army recruiter after I had retired, told him thank you kindly but no thank you, once was enough.
