I just received the ECE evaluation of my Master in Project Management from Universidad Isabel I. It was recognized as "Bachelor degree, major area of study: Project Management". I chose the validation for employment service ($85) so I didn't have to send a transcript or any original, ECE used the "Código Seguro de Verificación (CSV)" in my UI1 diploma to validate it.

Now, I was hoping to list this degree as a master in my resume, but it was validated as a bachelor's degree. How would you list it?

Honestly, I'd still list it as a Master's degree because 
1) That is how the school issued it
2) That is what it is considered in its home country (even if it's better translated as a "Master's Certificate" it still includes "Master's" in the title)
3) There is no way to list a Master's as a Bachelor's degree without causing confusion when you send transcripts.

I'm probably going to jump on this soon, this is an awesome deal! At the end of the day, I'll list it as it was awarded to me and talk my way through the rest. I don't want to defraud anyone, but I also won't shortchange myself of a Master's degree worth of work.
