Where can I get Organization Behavior and Quantitative Analisis courses?

As far as quantitative analysis is concerned, it looks like the Uexcel is one of the only options.

This is what I was afraid of.

Is there any other course that no provider offers and that is only offered by EC?

Have you spoken with EC? They will have the latest info. Some schools consider Introduction to Statistics for this requirement. Others do not.

I wrote to them about a week ago to ask about this but got no response.

I think they do not give information about the transfer of courses to people who are not enrolled.
